It's been a nuts I ran into some bugs with the multiplayer that made me a little crazy, I found a workaround for now but it means that for the time being you can't see who you are playing with in multiplayer (They will always have the default avatar and be called Satoshi) other than that I hope you guys enjoy it once PlayTowerDefenseGames updates to the latest version. It fixes Route 5 so the pokemon will have the right levels now,  fixed the opening sponsor animation to not play sound if you have the music off, also fixed Bulldoze from stacking it's movement lowering debuff (Thanks to the gang at the chat room for letting me know about Bulldoze ;D ). UPDATE: If you go to the website on your phone and you full screen the game, it pretty much plays just like the app would, this is the best solution to playing on the phone, you only need to be online to start the game then you can go offline once the game loads.  UPDATE 2: I will be posting the .apk file for those of you who know how to install those, the only problem right now is that your data will be deleted between updates, I will figure out a way to save your data online, so that you can restore it between updates.
